Biodynamic wine is made with a set of farming practices that views the farm or vineyard as one solid organism.
This style of wine production is often misunderstood, despite an increasing number of the world’s most prized vineyards becoming fully biodynamic.
Some of the world’s finest Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Cabernet vineyards are now biodynamic, and as such, more vineyards continue to follow their lead.
In this session we will take a look at what practices are involved and sink our teeth or lips into some expressions of this style of winemaking.
Please buy a bottle of red or white biodynamic wine of your choice. I will update this page when more sources become available. In the meantime I can suggest this red below available from Amazon.
